Due to safety hazards, chemicals, and lack of supervision at this establishment, I respectfully ask that you please do not bring any children under 10 years of age, or any guests who are not receiving services themselves.
I do not have adequate space to accommodate them, and unfortunately they pose a distraction and a risk to everyone within the beauty bar. I’m sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate finding childcare ahead of your appointment times.

COVID or not, any illness I contract means cancelling appointments for several days, which causes frustration for other clients, and a loss of income for myself.
And if your little one is too sick to go to school or daycare, that includes accompanying you to your appointment.
I can’t imagine you’d like to be out of your bed if you’re not well, but if it’s a desperately needed appointment, PLEASE WEAR A MASK.
No shows, and cancellations and changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% value + HST of any and all cancelled or missed services. Your card on file will be charged, and in the event the transaction is declined, you will receive an e-transfer request. Payment is required before rebooking.

I understand that circumstances arise, but please try to notify me of any cancellations of changes to your appointment as early as possible. Late cancellations, no shows, and changes lead to a loss of income and inconvenient gaps in my schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and a full charge.
